In this short workshop you will make a unique piece of flat Pâte de Verre, using a small piece of text that you will bring with you

Pâte de Verre is the ancient art of using crushed glass and glass powders to create thin pieces of glass.

During this 2 hour session you will design and create your own piece of Pâte de Verre under the supervision of glass artist, Alison Lowry.

All materials will be supplied and aspects of the process will be demonstrated by Alison. After the course the work will be fired and ready to collect within 48hours.

Please dress for mess and wear closed toe shoes! No previous experience with glass is necessary!
