Class Description

Whether you're a seasoned artist or a beginner, Lora’s workshop is designed to provide you with the guidance and techniques you need to create stunning portraits with oil and cold wax. Lora will teach you the fundamentals of mixing and applying oil paint and cold wax to achieve a range of textures and effects.

You'll learn how to create depth and dimension in your portraits by layering and building up the paint and wax, as well as how to incorporate various mark-making techniques for added interest and expression. Plus, you will learn how to incorporate this technique into your existing practice.

In this class, you'll have the opportunity to experiment with different color palettes and create portraits that capture the essence of your subject's personality and character. Lora will provide you with personalised feedback and support, helping you to refine your skills and bring your artistic vision to life.
